RECRUITMENT MANAGER-THAI NATIONAL

ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL - EASTERN ECONOMIC CORRIDOR

PRTR Group which was established in 1990 and is an independent Thai/British joint venture specializing in recruitment, search, selection, outsourcing and related HR solutions. In March 2023, the PRTR Group undertook an IPO to assist in raising funds for further diversification on our business offering to existing and new clients

PRTR Eastern Seaboard opened it's doors in 2007 and has become the go-to agency for total HR solutions in the EEC and specifically within the manufacturing sector. To ensure we sustain our position, we now require experienced individuals to manage and develop one of PRTR's most successful permanent recruitment services business unit. You will report directly to the VP of recruitment services and work closely with the leadership team on implementing and devising initiative to increase year on year growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The appointed individual will be responsible for the following

• Creating strategies to increasing the company's sales.
• Managing a team of recruitment consultants and assistant managers to achieve targets.
• Driving, evaluating and developing Sales and Recruitment teams performance.
• Handling key customers and solving their problems.
• Working closely with other Managers to develop existing relationships, whilst preparing sales and marketing initiatives to cross-sell PRTR's business offerings.
• Searching for new business opportunities and identifying opportunities for further specialization

We are interested in hearing from individuals with strong commercial acumen. Ideally, you will have at least 3-5 years experience in agency recruitment, or will be currently working in a commercial manufacturing role.
