The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Responsibilities
- Running end-to-end recruitment process and Attracting candidates using various sources.
- Screening resume and setting up the right talent pipeline, cultivating and bringing high potential
- profiles.
- Sourcing and discovering talents for open positions using job boards, social media, companys career website & Facebook Fan Page, referral program, etc.
- Supervisory the recruitment team and help them grow.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or master degree in related field.
- At least 8 years working experience in related recruitment scope from leading companies or recruitment agencies.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of Candidates selection methods.
