Manage end to end recruitment process for employees to meet business direction and strategies in responsible function, also ensure comply with hospital policy.
Plan and execute effective methods and techniques for attracting and sourcing candidates i.e. direct search, mass recruitment, open career day, social media and, etc.
Manage and control recruitment budget.
Prepare report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and ensure recruitment progress is on track.
Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters.
Promoting employer branding activities to improve the hospital's capabilities.
Others as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor/master's in human resources or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Recruitment Manager
