Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end recruitment process for employees to meet business direction and strategies in responsible function, also ensure comply with hospital policy.
  • Plan and execute effective methods and techniques for attracting and sourcing candidates i.e. direct search, mass recruitment, open career day, social media and, etc.
  • Manage and control recruitment budget.
  • Prepare report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and ensure recruitment progress is on track.
  • Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters.
  • Promoting employer branding activities to improve the hospital's capabilities.
  • Others as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/master's in human resources or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Recruitment Manager
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong manage multiple priorities effectively
