- Support Talent Mapping, Talent pipeline project
- Researching and identifying candidate to support business current and future organization
- Create and develop external talent database with update information and correct input
- Contact external potential candidates from external via various kind of channel recruitment
Qualification
- Able to work with Contract condition for 6 months
- Minimum experiences 3 years as recruiter / talent acquisition which preferable from Headhunter, Recruitment Agency and Placement service
- High Responsibility and commit to finish job assign by timeline
- Good command in English and familiar with MS365
- Good Interpersonal Skill and gain require information
