Job Description

Responsible:

  1. Responsible for recruiting Candidates for On Field positions.
  2. Handle recruitment process for Mass Recruitment.
  3. Source potential candidates from career websites, social media an professional platforms. - Create job posting and screen applications.
  4. Conduct phone/ online face to face prescreening with candidates.
  5. Present suitable candidates and arrange interview for hiring manager.
  6. Follow up interview feedback and keep candidates informed.
  7. Support administrative tasks for recruitment and related matters
  8. Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor degree in business or related field
  2. At least 2 years of experience in Mass recruitment
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability for adaptation to new environments is necessary. and always willing to learn and adapt
