Job Description:
- Responsible for supervising and providing guidance to the recruitment team to ensure recruitment efforts meet organizational goals which include quality of hires; time to fill and cost per hire.
- Perform to review candidate profile, interview and follow recruitment process.
- Implement Recruitment Strategies to quickly fulfil job vacancies.
- Analyze recruitment trends and metrics in partnership with HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Update recruitment database & organization, record recruitment tracking activities and provide recruitment reports.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Performing various HR and ISO administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Supervise the performance of the Recruitment Team as directed by Management.
- Counselling staff on Company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Manage and update new hires, transfers, resigns/terminate tracking input data in the system.
- Ensure that all Recruitment works conforming to Management Systems (IMS), including QMS, EMS, and OHSMS audit standard.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 10 years experience in Human Resources especially for Recruitment function (Permanent and temporary daily contract) of Oil & Gas, Industrial and Petrochemical business.
- Excellent written and spoken English with Thai language an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of any law and legal concerned with Human Resources function.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
- Good interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- Able to convey to all levels in the organization, understand and follow the complex processes.
- Self-motivation, Proactive mindset and have Can Do attitude.
