Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across Thailand and international markets, including new clients, partnerships, and channels within the skincare and aesthetics industry.
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, negotiate contracts, and ensure performance and compliance with company standards. Identify and onboard new distributors in key markets to drive growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain close relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and business growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- International Expansion: Lead international business development initiatives, ensuring successful market entry, regulatory compliance, and establishing distribution networks in new territories.
- Distributor Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and evaluate distributor performance, providing them with necessary training, support, and tools to maximize sales. Establish clear KPIs and track progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on market strategies and successful execution of business plans.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales and business development reports, providing insights on distributor activities, sales forecasts, and overall progress against KPIs to senior management.
- Events & Networking: Attend and represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the brand, meet potential clients, and cultivate new distributor leads.
Desired Skills & Experience
At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in skincare, aesthetics, or related industries.
Bachelor's Degree/ master's degree in business, marketing or related subject.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- THAI NATIONALITY AND OPEN FOR EXPAT who is already based in Bangkok.
