About the Role:

You'll guide our client company's Strategy & Commercial Excellence team, turning insights into effective strategies that make a real difference.

• Define and execute strategies that fuel our growth
• Lead Commercial Excellence initiatives that ensure smooth execution
• Inspire and empower a team dedicated to strategic and commercial success

What You'll Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in building successful commercial strategies that hit targets
• Strong background in the FMCG industry and hands-on regional experience in SEA/APAC
• Proven strengths in business development, sales analysis, and people leadership
• Expertise in data analysis and proficiency with SAP and Salesforce
• Excellent presentation skills and a strong strategic mindset
