Job Description

Responsibilities:

Business Management

  • Plan and monitor sales progress in assigned territories and territories and consistency reports on result.
  • Analyze territory to find efficient sales out driven
  • Evaluate Performances at territory, store and individual level. Capable to give a suggestion to have better outputs

Territory Management

  • Plan, Manage & Ensure day to day operation. Supporting Area Supervisor and collaborate with AL / Sales teams for driving business in assigned area.
  • Building and sustain relationships with partners: Stores / FSM / Area managers to ensure best executions
  • Regular Meet with partners PIC to collaborate at field execution level and address points of concerns as well as provide solutions
  • Suggest initiative/ or solutions to increase partners team satisfaction
  • Participate in promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
  • Manage to get things done and Can Do positive attitude and approach

Evaluating Market Trends

  • Monitor market and competitors movement within assigned region and report to relevant PICS in timely manners for taking actions
  • Analyze regional market trends in details by territory, stores levels as well as products mixed in each channel, client, and each customers.
  • Capable to define area of opportunities for growth

Team Management

  • Identify hiring needs , select and train new Area Supervisor / Promoters
  • Manage teams in driving selling skills and team moral while keep team momentum in positively and can do attitude
  • Ensuring field forces have access to appropriated support

Qualification:

  • Work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Understanding of store operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance team
  • Excellent communication skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem solving attitude
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts at one time
  • Time management and multitasking skills to transition among accounts easily
  • Ability to measure and Analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel is a must
  • Working time: 6 days per week (Mon-Sat)
  • Availability to work in UPC Area
