Regional Sales Head would work closely with working with Central/State Government and PSUs. We are looking for a Regional Sales Head with over 15 years of work experience, wholl in-depth understanding & hands on experience working with Govt. clients and tendering process. He/ She will Identifying and qualifying the sales leads from the assigned territories & achieve Quarterly and yearly assigned Sales Nos. Also, should have ability to Articulate value proposition of Technology led solutions (IoT, AI, Smart Cities, e Governance, GIS, ERP, etc). Role will also collaborate and work with our sales department and lesioning with Govt officials. Objectives of this Role Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and identifying and qualifying the sales leads from the assigned territories & achieve Quarterly and yearly assigned Sales Nos Responsible for Government business for North Region Maintain and nurture relationships with senior leaders at partner companies to ensure that all parties are satisfied with progress and outcome of partnerships. Map government departments thru strong relationship Align the Vision and Mission to department objectives and build the KRA/KPIs to monitor the progress ofdepartment & team objectives. Lead communication, coordination and Collaborations with in different BU Heads, Functional and companies CXOs to provide end to end support. Qualifications BE/B.Tech (EC, CE, IT), MCA + MBA Min 15 Years of exp working with Central/State Government and PSUs Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Strong inter personal and communication skills Should have proven track records in sales Target Professional and proactive work ethics. Preferred Skills Innovation & Creative ability Excellent leadership & People development, communication, and timely decision-making skills Proven ability to plan and achieve target
