Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales activities across BKK, Central, Northeast, North, and South regions of Thailand for F&N Dairy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of Distributor sale manager and distributor sale team including to coordinate with Distributor owner to align company direction, and achieving sales targets to ensure the company's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base and coverage in responsible region.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives across the designated regions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Analysis sale in and sale out data and other relate information to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials tailored to TT channel in both distributor and OMT channel.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Trade execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Strong Growth mindset and result oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in the FMCG sector.
- Knowledge of the local market dynamics in specific region.
