Argyll Scott is now working with one of the leading F&B companies in our field area. We are looking for a talented in Regional Sales Management to manage direct account sales teams to deliver sales results
Responsibility:
- Managing direct account sales teams to achieve sales targets while adhering to established standards and the allocated budget.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team, providing intensive coaching to help them achieve key sales objectives such as sell-in, sell-out, and visibility targets.
- Demonstrating expertise in field sales cycle planning and the ability to lead others in its effective execution.
- Actively working with the Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Executive to optimize costs and maximize sustainable sales growth and profits from local key account customers.
- Ensuring the responsible sales team adheres to all Company principles and policies, including Trade Spending and compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Area Sales Manager role, with a strong background in a supervisory capacity.
- Good command of the English language, along with computer skills, especially in MS-Office applications.
- Experience in effectively managing a team is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Own a car and possess a valid driving license, as the position may require travel within the assigned area.
- You must be able to work within the designated area as assigned by the company.
