Job Description

Leading retail company in Thailand dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences to enthusiasts. We are a retail chain with 15 dispensaries in Thailand ( 9 in Koh Samui and 6 in Phuket). With a focus on education, innovation, and community engagement, we aim to set the standard for excellence in the industry.

We are looking for a Regional Retail Store Manager to help us grow our sales and operational side of the business. We need someone who has a retail background and already has hands-on experience opening stores from scratch as we are growing very rapidly.

We are looking for a proactive person who enjoys communicating with people to identify the best prospects for business development.

Responsibilities:

This position requires strategic planning, relationship building to open new Weeden stores.

You should have experience in creating business plans, taking responsibility and coordinating with clients.

Develop a strategy to identify and mitigate risks in retail sales projects.

Business development - improving the workflow and sales revenue of our existing dispensaries.

Manage and lead a team of budtenders/(floor staff) to achieve sales targets and customer success.

To be proactive, using sophisticated approaches to business development.

Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, regulatory compliance and implementation of best practices to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

Regular analysis of sales and adaptation of the strategy to achieve optimal results. Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring their achievement.

Control over the expenses and income of the stores

Ideal candidate should have:

5+ years and deep expertise in retail .

Practical experience in opening new stores from scratch, supervising the hiring and training of new staff.

Proven experience working with customers on quotes, proposals and solutions development.

Possess a strong knowledge of selling methodologies and business development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with store operations and logistics coordination.

Proficient in general business software applications.

Flexibility to work in such work schedule Monday-Friday - from 10 to 19 pm

Saturday - from 10 to 13 pm
