We're looking for Virtual Relationship Managers with 2-6 Years of experience in Mumbai.As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers by providing them with a truly exceptional digital banking experience.
- Regularly engaging with customers and providing a consistent and superior digital experience by understanding and meeting their needs through the bank's financial products.
- Enhancing customer relationships and promoting the use of digital mediums for banking transactions.
- Meeting scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks, and following all guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously engaging with a portfolio of customers, handling calls, resolving queries, and promoting digital banking services.
- Profiling customers to aid in cross-selling bank products, logging and resolving complaints, and controlling customer attrition.
- Deepening relationships by cross-selling products, monitoring account activity, and ensuring customer retention.
- Meeting the defined objectives of the portfolio, cross-selling products, acquiring and grouping related customer IDs, and training staff on product knowledge.
- Achieving quality benchmarks, accurately capturing customer interactions, and adhering to audit and service quality standards.
- Submitting customer base reviews and reports as requested by senior management.
The job requires a graduate degree and basic banking and communication skills. Minimum 2-3 years of experience is preferable. VRMs will interact with customers, the Virtual Relationship Banking Head, Unit Head, Region Head, and Sales Managers.
