- To manage and deliver projects through your project team, design, execution, management and deliverables.
- To carry out account management activities through managing existing client relationships and looking for new opportunities and,
- To manage and coach junior team members and provide necessary support on their projects

- Keep abreast of current trends within market research, in order to develop personal skills / knowledge base
- Attend all required training and ensure junior team members complete the training as well

BACKGROUND
Experience:
- At least 5 years of strong Market Research experience and good application of knowledge
- Solid experience in questionnaire design and project management
- Selling of research projects and capabilities
- Experience in Mystery Shopping, Retail Audit or Retail execution measurement is a plus.
