Reservations Officer

You will be responsible to assist the Reservations Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt's Brand Standards.

• Thai nationalitywith a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum ayearwork experiencein either Reservations or Front Office in hotel or similar operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Proficiency in English are preferred.
