Organization- Hyatt Regency Hua Hin
Summary
You will be responsible to assist the Reservations Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt's Brand Standards.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum a year work experience in either Reservations or Front Office in hotel or similar operations.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Proficiency in English are preferred.
