What You Will Be Responsible For
- Provide high standards of food & beverage service
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays (as business requires)
- Participates in the service, and removal of food during banquet functions by offering pre-determined menu selections to each table.
- Complete quality check on all food items prior to set-up and serving
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
- Understand the set-up the function space for all resort event
- Transports items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
- Anticipates guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables and drink stations.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Adapted and learning for new tasks at all time
What You Will Bring
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage
- High school education, college degree specializing in hospitality, or equivalent experience.
- Communicated with well appropriated manner among guests and co-workers
- Requires the ability to operate and utilize production equipment and tools.
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts including evenings and weekends
