Croma is looking to hire Customer Service Specialists with the below competencies.
Customer Service orientation, Willingness and ability to continuously learn and improve product knowledge, Process Orientation, Proactiveness, Good Communication Skills (preferably English and local language), pleasant personality
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales:
Ensure 100% sales process implementation and compliance
Meet daily sales and conversion targets and improve performance on all KPIs (including OL, Edge Profit Pool and Accessory Sales)
Customer Service:
Ensure all customers are attended to appropriately and timely resolution of customer escalations
Daily follow up on complaints with the concerned stakeholders to ensure timely resolution as per predefined SLA & TAT
Improve overall customer experience (VOC, Customer NPS, Mystery Audit Score) and take
corrective actions based on customer feedback
Continuous Learning:
Keeping updated on product knowledge, promotions and processes
Attending trainings and taking
Process:
Ensure compliance of all SOPs relating to Sales and Service within the category
