Retail Merchandiser

We are looking for a discerning retail merchandiser to plan and promote the sale of our offerings. The retail merchandiser will be responsible for displaying products, monitoring inventory, and tracking sales at designated stores. You should also use insights derived from your own market research to inform new product promotions and discounts.

To ensure success as a retail merchandiser, you should possess expert time management skills and a legitimate interest in fulfilling customers expectations. Outstanding Retail Merchandisers will combine their knowledge of marketing with findings from behavioral psychology to enhance the sale of our products.

Role & Responsibilities :

• In season merchandise management for brand.
• Assisting the Buyer in picking and buying the right merchandise basis budgets, last year, Performance analysis, targeted growth, aesthetic factors etc.
• Allocation sending out stocks basis store targets, stock covers, sell through.
• Planning and sending out merchandise in alignment with the buy for that Season.
• Inventory management/ stock cover analysis.
• Stock rotation- monitoring category level store level style level sales and planning inter store movements.
• Discount planning- planning discounts for end of season sales.
• Frequent store visits to ensure communication and smooth working relations with the front end staff

Note: Candidate should not be from Manufacturing, Export house, Designer, Buying house. Candidate is working such company whose having retail apparel stores.
