Key Role
- As a pivotal member of the executive management team, the Retail Operations Director will report directly to the CEO, playing a key role in overseeing and enhancing the company's retail operations.
- Focuses on implementing strategic operational plans, managing resources efficiently, and driving process improvements to meet business objectives.
- Ensure that retail stores operate smoothly, meet sales and profitability targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in alignment with the brand's mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive operational strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring scalability and profitability across retail locations.
- Provide effective leadership, motivation, and management of retail teams, fostering a performance-driven culture. Mentor professional and managerial staff across retail locations to promote growth and productivity.
- Work closely with the executive and management teams to create, implement, and refine operational processes, reporting systems, and company policies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Advise the CEO on operational strategies and improvements
- Plan and execute strategies to support business development, expand the customer base, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee P&L performance for retail locations, analyze trends, and address areas of improvement, implementing actionable solutions to drive financial success.
- Responsible for commercial and non-commercial in all aspects.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments of retail operations, ensuring all stores adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in any realetd field
- Experience in operation manager or similar senior role in the retail industry.
- Strong expertise in retail operations, process optimization, and P&L management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable operational strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
