Responsibilities
To focus on Retail Software Product Business Marketing & Development - Pan India. (PetroSoft India & AdatSoft, Trading Software)
To handle team, generate sales from tele calling, field sales & channel partners.
To handle retail business MIS part.
To make sale & marketing planning / offer / sales kit / presentations / digital marketing / strategy
To set process, training to sales team and daily reporting.
Responisable for managing the sales team, training to new team member.
KRA:
To do join sales visit with field team and channel partners for collecting feedbacks and references.
To generate new business
Lead/ prospect generation from digital marketing / visit / tele calling and field force.
Maintaining customer relationship and handling customer complaints.
To generate renewal business from existing clients
To collect feedback and testimonial from all customers.
Setting daily, weekly, monthly sales target and tracking through CRM.
Skills Required:
CRM Sales & Marketing and preferably in Software sales,
Qualification :
Any Graduate, BBA,MBA
