Job Description

Sales Support

  • Support Sales Team: Support Sales team with travelling booking, expense claim and confirmation and any activity when assigned.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with various department Work closely with various departments to align objectives, troubleshoot issues, and enhance operational efficiency.

Package Deliver: Create EMS Barcode and send to store and help Retail HQ team for package sending to Thailand Post.

Store Development

  • Store Operations: Support team with ordering and delivery booking for product and inventory in case of store openings, closings, and maintenance projects.
  • Mall Coordination: Co-ordinate with mall and store about timeline and working permission.

Leasing documentation: Assist to prepare any documentation that related to the store development project such as quotation, contract, deposit payment and deposit refund.

Administrative & Procurement Management

  • Administrative work: Organize and manage all the document with accuracy filing and priority to support retail operations function.
  • Procurement and PO: Co-ordinating with supplier to get the quotation and to create new vendor form, purchase order, invoice submission, confirm payment due with supplier.
  • Contact list update: Keep updating the contact detail for store address, landlord and supplier.
