Job Scope:
- Analyze the market environment and sales organizational structure for both the company and its distributors. Recommend changes to ensure the sales organization is optimal and effective in addressing customer and market developments.
- Identify distribution gaps and business expansion opportunities. Actively seek out new distributors to enhance market coverage.
- Route to Market Framework: Conduct detailed analysis of the route to market framework and the distributor model.
- Prepare distributor development plans and budgets.
- Take accountability and work closely with all stakeholders (RSM, DDM, Distributors) to monitor and report progress against agreed distributor development plans.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 7-10 years of experience in FMCG distributor management at a Manager or Senior Manager level.
- Proven experience in analyzing complex and large quantities of data and crafting compelling narratives from the data.
- Distributor management experience of at least 7-10 years.
- People management experience of at least 7-10 years.
- Sales experience in On Trade/Traditional Trade for at least 10 years.
