Position: S&OP Specialist

Position Reports to: Global S&OP and Capacity Planning Manager

Department: Supply Chain

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

S&OP Analyst

We are seeking a talented and analytical S&OP Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our supply chain optimization efforts by developing and implementing robust S&OP processes. This position requires understanding of supply chain principles, forecasting methodologies, and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities:

S&OP Process Management:

Support the development and maintenance of S&OP reports, dashboards, and presentations on a timely manner.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory levels where necessary.

Demand Planning:

Analyze historical sales/ demand data to identify trends and patterns as well as demand KPIs.

Align with regional demand planner on predict future demand based on statistical forecasting models.

Participate in regional consensus meeting (if required) to in order to understand market dynamics, market intelligence, promotional and listing plans plus other indexes.

Supply Planning:

Monitor supplier performance (plants and outsource vendors) to understanding supply performance and inventory level to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track S&OP performance.

Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Super user for supply KPI reports in Power BI reports and be able to a refresh training to users when needed.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance S&OP efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and forecasting.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, or S&OP roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g.,Excel, Power BI).
• Competence in English communication and presentation skills.
• Good in problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365) and supply chain planning software.
• Be able to work with a different time zone.
• Can do attitude.
