The job scope of this position is to achieve sales target with the sense of customer centricity. The products are pre-press, press and postpress machines as well as the software and the consumable products of the whole process of Sheetfed Printing sold by Heidelberg and affiliated brands such as the CtP plates, blankets, rollers, inks, coatings, solutions, etc. The job roles include but not limited to;

  • Collaborate with all parties to find out the sales opportunity especially with Products and Application Specialist of each products to ensure the Sales Target will be achieved.
  • Drive sales performance and participate in any marketing activities.
  • Act as the key Point of Contact and ensure professional proactive simultaneous communication with customers

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsible for customer management for assigned accounts, main interface to the customer, orchestrating the support from all relevant business drivers to secure turnover.
  • Achieve of exceed Individual/Team Sales and Profit targets in accordance the Sales Plan and contribute in Sales strategies and planning.
  • Manage day-to-day of the sales cycle along the entire product portfolio, applying a consultative selling approach according to product mix and customer segment ambition.
  • Understand and can analyst the market trend, also can create new initiative for the market approaches.
  • Keep record and update the customer database with the potential sales or competitive activities in the database and ensure its correctly and useful for the sales and marketing plan
  • Handle customer complaints and contribute to improve the complaints by identifying gaps and causes of dissatisfaction and recommending improvements. Ensure all agreed action plans are followed up on a timely basis.
  • Develop long-term and trust relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Perform as a part of team to achieve the company goals.
  • Maintain responsibility and regular customer contact in all aspects of customer relationship management with the company.
  • Carry out all duties as assigned by Superior or Management

Qualifications

  • Degree in any related fields or Printing Technology
  • At least 3 years of experiences in Sales Offset Printing Machines & Solutions or be familiar with the printing packaging business will be a plus.
  • Have knowledge related to the printing processes and equipment (Prepress, Press, Postpress).
  • Excellent skill of negotiation, be confident & proactive, have logical thinking and problem-solving ability with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Can work as a team and independently.
  • Have high level of customer focus and customer centricity in a professional approach and be a good team player, self-adaptable and willing to learn new things.
  • Have own transportation with valid driving license.
  • Act as an entrepreneur and acquire new customers.
  • Can communicate in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
