Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Admin at out client place based at Gurgaon (Haryana). The ideal will be responsible for supporting sales team, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Will responsible for Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with all channel partners, Distributors and Dealers with daily follow up for new enquiry or orders.
- Will be responsible for Receive Order from Channel partners through E-mails, Whatsapp and verbal etc.
- Will responsible for Confirm Delivery schedule for open order to channel Partner with daily coordinate with PPC.
- Will Book sales order in system and prepare daily report of pending orders.
- Will be Responsible for replying the queries from channel partners, sales Team regarding available stock, unavailable stock, Dispatch details, Dispatch Status, Tracking etc or any other query.
- Will Share All customer Feedback and Inform relevant heads for necessary actions like delivery product, performance etc.
- Sometime support in internal work.
- Will responsible for making the courier for customers.
- Will responsible for pulling material from plant and make coordination with the sales team and customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software skills
