Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be part of a team that supports global tech leaders in expanding their sales pipelines. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential leads for our client using our proven value-based selling methodology.
- Prospecting:Identify and research potential customers using various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Lead Qualification:Assess the potential fit of leads based on predefined criteria, such as budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Sales Pipeline Management:Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are nurtured and moved through the sales process efficiently.
- Sales Support:Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.
- Customer Engagement:Engage with potential customers through personalized outreach, building relationships and addressing their needs.
- Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Reporting:Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Continuous Learning:Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
What you need to succeed
- Professional proficiency in verbal and written English, additional APAC languagesis a plus.
- You have completed a Bachelor/Master/MBA degree.
- You have excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
- You are an independent worker with the capability to multi-task and prioritize.
- You are highly motivated and wish to thrive within Sales & Marketing and play a key role in B2B Sales processes.
- Familiarization with MS Office.
- Openness and ability to learn sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and processes
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; phenomenal and collaborative teammate.
- Interest and aptitude to learn about the IT/Software Industry, is curious to learn and has a can-do attitude with strong ownership
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to think logically and structure answers
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales is a bonus point.
