= Understanding the features, benefits, and technical aspects of the product portfolio.
= Developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients, such as architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail outlets.
= Conducting market research in order to stay current on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
= Giving presentations, product demonstrations, and samples to potential customers in order to promote and demonstrate the company's products.
= Sales, pricing, and delivery terms are negotiated with customers, and deals are closed to meet or exceed sales targets.
= Working with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
