Responsibilities
Team and Role Introduction:
- Mainly responsible for the strategy and implementation of acquiring new partners (ERP, CRM, banks, telcos, loyalty programs, etc.) and maintaining relationships with existing partners for co-marketing campaigns. This includes ensuring the success of new sellers, with the goal of onboarding and growing Lazada Marketplace sellers
- Create business pitch decks, partnership packages, and media barter packages; propose tailored plans and solutions to partners.
- Collaborate with key partners to update and report on co-marketing campaign performance; suggest actionable next steps.
- Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of partnership campaigns on business development objective
- Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure effective partnership plan implementation.
- Review and track partnership investments/performance daily to optimize and improve efficiency continuously.
- Report business progress regularly using quantitative data.
- Develop weekly and monthly reports; create dashboards for business metrics.
- Initiate projects to stay aligned with market trends.
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- 1-3 years of working experience in a marketing, management consulting, account management, sales team management
- Highly motivated willing to push or go extra mile to drive impact with high ownership
- Excellent analytical skills and data visualization skills, SQL would be a plus
- Strong project management, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in working cross function the team
- Fluent in Thai and proficiency in English
