Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
At least 2 - 3 years experience in AE, Sales Management, or relevant role.
Passionate in StartUp, B2B2C, Marketing Technology environment.
Required active listening, adaptability, problem-solving, prioritization,
commitment, persistent attitude.
Ability to research, analyze, design, and deliver presentations.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the
organization, including executive and C-level.
Excellent verbal, written, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable.

Proficiency with business and data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Proven experience with sales experience, meeting or exceeding sales
targets.
Proven development of innovative and impactful digital solutions.
Practical experience generating process improvement, documentation,
and reports.
Experience with business process development techniques.
Experience with MarTech platform, CRM software (i.e., Salesforce).
Experience with Digital Marketing, Social media, LINE, Data visualization,
UX design is a plus.
