Job Description

Coordinate the preparations re installations of new customers, demo tastings, events and manage the call center

  • Coordinate of Pre-Installation Guidelines
  • Coordinate of Removals Equipment
  • Coordinate of Equipment and Ingredient supplies
  • Receive Incoming Service Calls and Technical
  • Assist on Tech Support, Dispatching Technical Services on Site, and follow up on service calls

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Minimum of 3 years on Sales Coordination and Customer (Service Mind), background (technical)
  • Strong Service Minded attitude and Calm and patient
  • Able to coordinate complex tasks
  • English reading and speaking skills are required - Hands-on, driven, perfectionist - Passion for coffee is a plus.
