Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Coordinator with -High Fluency level Thai proficiency to coordinate and manage relationships with our marketing affiliates.
This role is key to ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with our business partners.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B sales coordination, affiliate management, or a similar role within the marketing or sales field.
- Language Skills: High Fluency level proficiency in Thai is required.
- Analytical Abilities: Skilled in data analysis and performance tracking, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Project Management: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple affiliates and projects simultaneously.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-management abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Management: Serve as the primary liaison for marketing affiliates, managing daily interactions, resolving queries, and fostering alignment with our business objectives.
- Sales and Campaign Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prepare materials, proposals, and agreements for affiliates, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and supported for success.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, generating insights and making strategic adjustments to improve results.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with affiliates, promoting long-term partnerships that support mutual growth.
- Process Optimization: Work cross-functionally to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and implement improvements in affiliate management processes.
- Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on affiliate performance, challenges, and opportunities to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
