The protocol analyzer is a critical signoff tool in the engineering development of the complex SoC Design. Job title: Technical Sales Coordinator The role is focused to provide the necessary support to the field sales organization. The successful candidate will become the point of contact for colleagues and customers alike, by making quotations, follow ups, keeping schedules, seeking customer feedback, and internal documentation. The goal is to facilitate the teams activities so as to maximize their performance and result in long-lasting development of the company We are looking to hire a talented, experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator professional to join our team. Work Location: Bangalore, India Division/Department: Sales & Business Development Division Reports to: Global Manager WW Sales & Business Development Expected CTC Offered: INR 200,000 INR 240,000 Fixed + Annual Bonus + Company Benefits & perks Part-time Full-time Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Quotation generation & regular follow ups. Collect & Collate monthly Forecast & funnel information from the Distribution partners locally & abroad every month. Collaborate with sales staff in weekly meetings. Maintain organized sales records and report month-end sales report to the Manager. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports Effective customer communication - Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly Ability to multitask and take on diverse tasks requiring different skill sets. Organized, composed and handles pressure well. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Education, Work Experience & Skills Required: Bachelors degree/diploma in any discipline. (Any Post-Graduation will be a plus) Minimum 3-5 years experience in Sales or Sale Co-ordination in any technology based capex product company, ideally in Strong Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor electronics, electrical, power, Industrial electronics, Semiconductors, components. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.) Relationship Management & People Skills. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed Sharp Business Acumen. routines, and standard accepted practices Age Criteria: 25-30 Years Date of Joining: Within 30 days of offer acceptance (immediately available candidates will be preferred)
