Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively with sales managers and their clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships.
2. Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.
3. Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets
4. Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Director of Sales.
5. Input new sales inquiries into the companys database and update program files in the database as needed.
6. Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting program information in order to increase productivity of sales.
7. Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization
8. Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings
9. Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales manager
10. Create P O and PI for that accurately reflect the services requested.
