Issue Resolution: Assist in addressing and resolving customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfactory outcomes.
Requirements:
2-3 years experience in Sales support or Sales operations role
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
Equipped with current knowledge of shipping industry trends and regulation
