  • Manage and oversee Modern Trade comprehensively, selecting products and services suitable for each channel, and motivating success in line with company objectives
  • Plan sales strategies and set goals for the sales team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through Modern Trade channels
  • Analyze product trends and market situations, including competitor movements, and develop sales processes to achieve sales targets
  • Develop sales promotion plans, sales strategies, and marketing activities, focusing on the company's image and brand promotion as market leaders
  • Research competitors in the market to devise strategies to increase sales
  • Develop workflows and coordinate with other departments within the company to resolve issues and support appropriate processes for each channel
  • Develop leadership qualities and team building, providing guidance and experience to support team operations. Manage business agreements and conditions
