Job Description

Sales Director (Thailand Market)

Employment Type: Permanent

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management or business development within the ICT sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Thai market, culture, and business practices.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Local Thai citizen with a deep understanding of the local business landscape.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts within the Thailand market, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets and P&L objectives.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new client segments.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop long-term business plans and strategies that align with company objectives.

Portfolio Management

  • Manage multiple solutions across various industries, ensuring that each account receives tailored service and support.
  • Provide expert guidance on ICT solutions, helping clients to maximize their investment and achieve their business goals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
