Qualifications

Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts within the Thailand market, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets and P&L objectives.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new client segments.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop long-term business plans and strategies that align with company objectives.
Portfolio Management
- Manage multiple solutions across various industries, ensuring that each account receives tailored service and support.
- Provide expert guidance on ICT solutions, helping clients to maximize their investment and achieve their business goals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management.
