Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Director at DAPP TREND CO.,LTD. located in Bangkok. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
• Excellent knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Fluency in English and Thai
