Responsibility

Marketing and Sales activity in the country/region ICT Market:

1) Market and Customer Research

2) Potential customer approaching and partnership development

3) Research and understand customer need, mapping our solution, generate sales lead

4) Key Customer Relation Building and maintenance, customer satisfaction management

5) Pre-sales Project management and Pipeline management

6) Achieve quarterly and yearly sales target

7) Quote and Contract Negotiation

8) Other task assigned by the HQ or Regional Director.

Profile

1) Bachelor's degree in business, Telecom or a related field

2) At least 3 years experience in Sales or BD position in Telecom sector.

3) Deep understanding of main players of Country/Regional Telecom Market (Telco/IPS/Integrator/Distributor).

4) Proven successful case of sales project management.

5) Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

6) excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

7) Strong in building friendship/trust with potential customer.

8) Result oriented mindset, determination and resilience.
