Industry Experience:

1. At least 10 years of working experience in the food ingredients industry.

2. Experience in savory products or starch products sales is preferred

3. Rich customer resources in food industry in Thailand

Skills and Abilities:

1. Excellent sales and marketing capabilities.

2. Able to formulate and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to plan products and formulate market strategies

5. Ability to manage and build teams, and effectively supervise the implementation of the team

6. Ability to manage performance

Performance Oriented:

1. Successful experience in driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.

2. Able to work independently, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Language Requirements:

Fluently in both written and oral English

Adapt to the needs of traveling and working across Thailand.
