We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive the sales of our cutting-edge warehouse automation products.
Products in our Warehouse Automation department are
1. Automation: e.g. ASRS, AGV, Robot palletizer
2. Racks: e.g. Shuttle rack, Selective rack, Micro rack, Mezzanine
3. Others: e.g. Conveyor, HVLS Fan, Pallets
Responsibility
- Collect customer information, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Conduct scheduled customer visits based on the provided timetable.
- Prospect for new clients and compile data on both existing and potential customers.
- Present and sell automated warehouse inventory system products, negotiate sales terms with current and new clients.
- Evaluate pricing and prepare quotations according to individual customer requirements and conditions.
- Provide technical advice and consultancy on automated warehouse inventory systems to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, and Logistics) or related fields.
- Proficiency in understanding layouts and the ability to use simulation software to present solutions to customers.
- Sales experience in project-based products, automated warehouse systems, and automated equipment.
- Knowledge about Automation systems, AI, Robotics, Innovative products (Special consideration will be given).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English communication and engineering terminology.
- Reading blueprints and proficiency in using AutoCAD or Solid Works.
