Job Description

We are looking for a solution-oriented and highly pro-active applicant with very strong communication skills to follow and expand the brand in the Thai market.

The candidate should have previous sales experience in the same industry (industrial HVAC, chillers, AHUs or similar) or in ancillary industries (heat exchangers, compressors etc.).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Maintain and expand the company's sales network in Thailand and South East Asia;

Research and develop the introduction of the products in new markets;

Reach the sales objectives that have been set for the relevant area under responsibility by individuating market opportunities and a careful planning and analysis of the commercial activities;

Promote activities set to formulate a preliminary sales contract with potential customers, develop sales discussions;

Create sales offers and quotations, sales contracts and negotiate the best sales conditions;

Have excellent technical knowledge of the product and services of Geoclima;

Have a good knowledge of the market and analyze its tendencies, evaluate the competitors products, interpreting the general economic situation of the subject market

Receive any communication/claim from the customer and communicate it internally to promote a prompt and quick solution to the issue;

Operate under the directives, plans and strategies for the sales and marketing of the product as provided by Management;

Be aware of the mission and objectives of the company and continuously work to achieve set targets;

Produce periodic analysis and report of the sales and market trends and progresses;

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Very strong communication skills;

Strong knowledge of spoken and written English language;

Previous sales experience 1-3 years in same industry (HVAC) in Thailand and SEA;

Mechanical Engineering Background (Bachelor Degree or work experience)

Knowledge of CHILLER and AIR HANDLING UNIT product

Own car for travel

Salary package:

Salary: negotiable

Inclusions: Company laptop, company phone. Travelling and accommodation allowance.

Visa work permit: Not covered

Other inclusions: social security, health insurance, commission on sale.
