Short Description
Job Responsibilities
- Involve in sales of OMRON products and develop new business opportunities to existing & potential customers.
- Liaise with customer service & logistic department in Singapore to ensure timely delivery of goods and attend to customers on all technical and quality issues.
- Track competitors activities, pricing, manufacturing location, market environment and trend; conduct ad-hoc market surveys on industry requirements in order to develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate & expedite invoicing & billing matters.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and present updates on monthly sales performance, marketing activities, etc.
- Monitor and maximize own sales volume and profitability.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline fresh graduate, OR, Diploma in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline + minimum 3-5 years working experience in electronic component sales may be considered. Experience in handling regional business is a plus
- Relevant professional business administration certification is a plus
- Experience with electronic components (relays, switches connectors, sensors etc.)
- Experience in electronics manufacturing industry
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications. Experience with CRM is a plus
Travelling Requirements
- Domestic travel for customer visiting
- 25%-50% travel within Asia Pacific
- Possess driving license is desirable
