DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES|
About the role
The individual is responsible for driving the adoption of this technology in channel ecosystem supporting sales engagement with local sales team, taking guidance from Local Head of Engineering and Regional XSIAM Lead.
This role will also work closely with Palo Alto Networks Cortex team and support them for strategic customer engagements.
This role will report to Head of Engineering / Business Manager.
As the Sales Engineer, you will:
- Provide an active support to the Product teams in channel engagement by driving conversations with the technical community of our partners to accelerate adoption of Cortex XSIAM
- Work hand in hand with Palo Alto Networks local Cortex XSIAM technical teams, identifying new areas where Exclusive Networks can provide value and support in technical.
- Help our partners/ customers build and develop further their services around Cortex solutions
- Assist account solutions consultants to respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs while serving as the main technical point of contact for Cortex
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospect's technical staff to determine technical requirements and solutions
- DeliverPOC (Proof Of Concept) to match the customer's enterprise requirements
- Provide active support during RFP/RFI/Proposals preparation, solution architecting and design, training, project management, guidance and planning
- Be the go-to person for Cortex XSIAM locally for our business partners & Palo Alto Networks.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About you
The ideal Sales Engineer:
- 2-5 years of experience in a Technical role (Pre or Post-Sales)
- Experience working in a Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or endpoint environments
- Technical understanding of key Security solutions (NGFW, SIEM, XDR, WAF, )
- Advanced knowledge of SIEM and/or SOAR solutions
- Exceptional attitude, pro-active, problem solver and strong communicator
- Integrity and approachability
