The Opportunity

We are actively seeking a SALES EXECUTION ENGINEER to provide pre-sales and project engineering support for various projects in the region.

In this role, you will be responsible for thedesign of grain storage facilities, rice processing plants and other projects according to the customer request, in addition to preparing flow sheets, general and machine layouts and other technical details required during the quotation process.

The Team

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, SEA, you will work closely with the engineering and sales team and contribute towards achieving the division's goals.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and design grain storage facilities, rice processing plants and other projects according to the customer request;
• Prepare flow sheets, general and machine layouts and other technical details required in ACAD during the quotation process;
• Filling Request for Quotation (RFQ) for projects in the region;
• Prepare complete quotations for the projects in cooperation with our Divisions;
• Review, evaluate, and improve flow diagram and engineering drawings prepared by dealers & customers;
• Visit sites to collect technical information for the project;
• Provide dealers with technical support for AGI equipment;
• Assist dealers in using block drawings for design purposes;
• Actively participate in technical discussions and material exchange between dealers/clients and factories;
• Assist the team in visiting dealers/clients for technical support & training;
• Assist sales staff and project coordinators in technical matters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering and minimum 3-5 years of experience working in this field;
• Agriculture grain system design / project experience is desired;
• Proficient in MS Office including advanced proficiency in MS Excel;
• Proficient in usage of AutoCAD, ability to read and develop flow diagrams, general arrangement drawings, detailed layouts, and project related drawings;
• Highly motivated and self-directed capable of multi-tasking, problem solving and able to work with minimal supervision;
• Fluent English oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to read and create technical requirements according to the local norms;
• Good time management and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, communicate in different time zones and meet deadlines.

Additional information

• The position is located in Bangkok (business district)
• Ability to travel internationally (Canada, USA, Italy, Brazil, all countries in SEA and other regions as required);
• A valid driving license;
