Position Information Sales Executive, Kagome Foods India (KFI) Position Information Sales Executive, Kagome Foods India (KFI) Position Title Sales Executive Department Sales Location Mumbai & Suburbs Reporting Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager Number of Direct Reports 1 Position Description: This position is responsible for the sale of the organization's products in a specified geographical area and provides ongoing support to product distribution channel. Working Conditions: This is a full-time field position, and hours of work and days are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Excluding 2nd & 4th Saturday) Extensive Travel in Assigned Region. This is a field job and requires the position to spend 80% of the time on the field along with the business cell members. Job Experience: This position requires min 5 yrs of field sales experience specially in B2B, along with in-depth working experience in Sales / Trade Marketing / Supply Chain activities. Prior exposure to the processed tomato industry (e.g. tomato puree, paste, ketchups, RTC sauces etc.) is must. Experience dealing with not just the 5 /4 Star and Fine Dine chains, but also the stand-alone restaurants would be a plus. Candidate should be handling a monthly sales target of at least INR 25 lakhs. Job Qualifications: Graduate in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing Any additional diplomas or certifications in sales. Functional / Technical Skills: Selling Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skill Presentation Skills Product Awareness Commercial awareness Maturity & Patience Confidence Computer Applications (MS Office, Sales Application etc.) Experience with customer relationship tools. Job Responsibilities: Finding marketing avenues with this modern trades &Horecacustomer & coordinate with both internal and external parties to fulfil that. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Enrolling details of Customers and updating contact records in sales management software. Keeping all information concurrent and valid at all times. Develop robust knowledge of all product lines / services Identify and schedule appointment with Customers. More focus on Secondary sales Volume and value. Mapping offtake speed / size and Customer feedback. Offering and Enrolling Customers in schemes / offers rolled out from time to time and ensuring recording in sales management software. Listing and responding to Customer complaints and concerns immediately or escalating to SM / ASM. Handling beat / respective area and Customer management for delivering growth and market share as per targets set with the team. Ensuring service to seller as per committed / agreed timelines and orders placed. Ensuring billing from distributor at agreed prices with proper effect to agreed schemes / discounts and timely credit issuance by Distributor of display / other benefits. Ensuing submission of distributor claims basis seller claims with ASM. Recording of sales returns/ expiry stocks or any returns from market with ASM. Identifying and establishing new business / Facilitating identification of Customers and ensure services of such new sale points. Demonstrating or presenting products to the Customers. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Providinginformation about company's best offer, converting client into member, participating in exhibition, promotional activity for the Organization Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research. Report daily / weekly / monthly on the status of field marketing activities. Driving and enabling all marketing events / activities with ASM and Marketing Team. Performance Measures and Outcomes Expected: Sales target achievement in respective area. Customer conversion rate (Sampling to conversion rate) Customer retention rate. BTL expense per key customer. TIMELINES: Looking for the candidates who can join on immediate basis. Salary Range : 4.00 to 5.00 Lacs Per Annum. Page | 2
