Job Description

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing customer concerns.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team on market conditions and sales performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Stay up-to-date with the companys products, services, and pricing.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Provide training and support to customers on product usage and applications.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented with a track
