Responsibility
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through various sales channels (cold calls, emails, social media, networking, etc.).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the mar-tech solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market demands.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine sales collateral and campaigns.
- Work closely with customer support and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the MarTech industry (preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the sales process and best practices.
- Working knowledge of various MarTech solutions (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics or web development).
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into product/service solutions.
- Data-driven approach to sales, with proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market trends.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
