As Sales Manager for our Advanced Wound Care & Ostomy products in Thailand you will be managing sales team covering BKK and UPC areas.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Achieving business results (sales, market share):
  • Developing medium to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with targeted customers Incumbents in this specialization may be selling directly to the ultimate purchaser or indirectly through channel partners.
  • Establish, and maintain ongoing relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
  • Review and analyze sales by every team/territory, unit to monitor sales achievements and identify opportunity across specific accounts and territories.
  • Manage budgets, and regularly report actual performance against budget, with variances analyses and revised projections.
  • Create business plans based on available opportunities.
  • Present sales bids, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • People Development
  • Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
  • Motivating sales team and managing their performance.
  • Monitoring and reporting of compliant performance of people as well as distribution channels.
  • Support product specialist to train, develop, implement, and maintain account management plans to drive growth strategies for key accounts as directed.
  • Provide technical advice/ product education to both customers and fellow colleagues
  • Train teams on compliant processes on Medcompli, G-order, borrow goods, ComplianceWire trainings.

Requirements


  • Professional Degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 year's experience in related field
  • Knowledge of Thailand healthcare market including developments and trends. Clinical experience in Wound and Ostomy is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive business knowledge including Key Account Management (KAM) and operational experience managing teams across locations.
  • Proficient in Spoken and Written English.
